概要

Conversations Inviting Change (CIC) は医療現場での質を豊かにするナラティブ（物語）を紡ぎ出す方法です。 巧みな質問技法により省察と「語り」を促すことで新しい気づきを生み出し、行き詰まりを感じている時には特に双方が次のレベルに進むのを助けてくれます。 臨床面では医師が患者とともに病の意味を探り癒しに導いていく際にも有用となりえます。 教育面では専攻医や同僚との振り返りにおいて極めて有用です。 （日本語通訳あり） (Conversations Inviting Change (CIC) is a way to enrich the quality of care in healthcare settings by weaving narratives. Skilful questioning can encourage reflections & 'storytelling' and generate new insights. CIC can help both parties move forward, especially when they are feeling stuck. Clinically, it can be useful for doctors to work with patients to explore the meaning of illness and guide them towards healing.
